Reminds me of working at the VA in residency. One small example of many - I worked in the dermatology clinic every Wednesday afternoon in fellowship. It was a tiny space, and every 1 PM when I arrived, 50 patients would be milling around in the hall outside the clinic, trying to check in and cram inside.
