Certain times tattoos are acceptable and certain times they are not. It like clothes you dress appropriately for the occasion. He is mid 30's and apparently he used to have swastikas all over. He got most of them covered up with other tatoos as he "matured". However, he still has a swastika on the inside of his lower lip.
